1. Before installation, it’s important to inspect the product for correct design, colour and surface selection. Once the product has been cut, clicked, glued or damaged after delivery, L&T cannot be held responsible for any claims arising thereafter.
2. While our manufacturing quality control is stringent and we make every effort to accurately reproduce colours, some product colours may still vary from batch to batch. This is due to inherent variations in raw materials (such as: ink, paper or pvc foil, and protective coatings). To ensure visual consistency, always inspect materials prior to installation within the same installed area or compartment.
3. Due to our flooring products being produced with press plates that naturally wear down over time, you are advised to use products of the same production batch within the same room, otherwise must inspect the glossiness before any installation or repair works.
